Eight moves a day
A warm-up, then moves for the forehead, brows, eyes, cheeks, mouth, jaw and neck — the muscles that carry the contour — and a cool-down. A new mix each day for 12 weeks.
Ten minutes a day: drainage for the puffiness, targeted holds for the muscles under the jaw, and the posture habits that undo half the work. No injections. No surgery.
One session a day, unlocked as you go — everything it needs is already on the card.
Most routines work one spot and hope. This one works the whole face, forehead to neck, every day, and a short diary shows what tends to come before your puffy mornings.

I have stopped checking my chin in the car mirror at traffic lights. That sounds like nothing, but I had been doing it for two years. It is the mornings that are different — my face used to take until lunchtime to look awake.
Nine minutes while the kettle boils. I have started and abandoned four exercise apps and the reason this one stuck is that it never asks for more than nine minutes, and it tells me exactly how long to hold instead of leaving me guessing.
Week one I thought I had wasted my money. Nothing happened and my neck ached from the holds. Week four is a different story — I only wish somebody had warned me that the first fortnight feels like nothing at all.
Twelve weeks, and I missed eleven days. My jaw is not twenty-five again and I never expected it to be. What did change is how I hold my head — I had no idea I spent all day at the computer leading with my chin.
I bought it to prove to my sister it was rubbish. What got me was the honesty — the first page says it will not burn fat off your face, which is the one thing every other app promises. I would still like the exercises to have sound.
Shirt collars. That is my whole review. There are two blouses I had stopped wearing because of the way they sat at my throat, and they came back out of the wardrobe in week six.
